let your taste buds dance!
Our kitchen philosophy is to find the best quality ingredients we can, to enable us to produce the best and most varied range of dishes. We are always looking to progress, to push our culinary skills to the next level and we ensure our food is continually to the highest possible standard we can.
The emphasis in the kitchen is placed upon utilizing both local and seasonal produce, but where international food styles are required we take time to source the most appropriate and authentic ingredients we possibly can.
We listen to what you, our customers want and we move along with ever-changing tastes and styles in order for you to have exactly what you need from our kitchen.
We are very proud of our long-standing relationships with the best suppliers of fresh produce in the local area, helping reduce food miles and reducing our environmental impact on the Derbyshire countryside. To us, the provenance of our ingredients is just as important to us as the finished dish, we are passionate about this philosophy. Alongside of this, we are members of the slow food movement and have our own kitchen green policy
